Marcus K. Bumgardner D.V.M. received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Maryland. In 1984, he graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, he began practicing at a small animal private practice in the Hampton Roads area for Virginia until his move to Syracuse, NY in 1996 when he opened Dewitt Veterinary Medical Center.
